Truly a wonderful experience! Everything from scheduling with Noel to the treatment with Esme was seamless. The crew at Jade Star has huge hearts; they care deeply for everyone and take pride in the service they provide. Esme is phenomenal! She talked me through every aspect of the treatment from the foundations of acupuncture to the properties of the oils and how they will benefit me. Every aspect of my appointment was a delight. Josh is great! He is kind, attentive, and great at his craft. His services are affordable and the new clinic is quiet and calm. I appreciate that I never feel like he is rushing to get to another client, and I love being able to schedule online. His schedule offers both day and evening appointments and I've never had a problem getting an appointment within a couple days. I highly recommend Josh and Common Roots Accupuncture!

I have a lot of anxieties and tend to keep my emotions in. Acupuncture allows me the right channels to release some of that built up stress that manifests as physical ailments and symptoms. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Definitely trying to stick with it! The place, itself, has a very calming and inviting energy, and Greg is always good at making me feel heard.
