The Starr Pass legend began over 120 years ago when Richard Starr crafted a trail through the rugged wilderness of the Tucson Mountains. Today, Coyote's 6th fairway marks this trail and has earned the honor of being the signature hole at Starr Pass. Golf legends such as Arnold Palmer, Phil Mickelson, Payne Stewart and Nancy Lopez, to name a few, have all carved their way through this historic golf course.
Amazing golf course. One of the best courses I've ever played. Very challenging but fair. And it's beautiful. I spent half my time just gazing at the scenery. The course was designed to fit into the surrounding geography. It feels organic.
If you're not a scratch golfer, bring extra balls. I'm a duffer and I lost me some balls.

Arizona National Golf Club, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr, was voted best public golf course in Tucson, Arizona. Nestled in the foothills of the beautiful Santa Catalina Mountains and abutting the Coronado National Forest, Arizona National follows the rugged natural flow of the land across shady mesquite-lined arroyos and skirts craggy rock outcroppings.
Woah! What a beautiful place to play golf! I was there to play a tournament, the 3rd annual Fairways of Freedom, hosted by 372TRS. The greens are very well taken care of. The staff is very friendly, especially Eric, Mike, and Kristin. Kristin was super attentive and performed well. She was willing to converse and make the environment comfortable. I highly recommend going if you haven't played here or done the Fairways of Freedom. You won't be disappointed. There weren't any unhappy people today.
