This salon is amazing. I was able to get an appointment on the same day. Randy was really great to me. She did really great on my hair. I was going for short hair with layers. She was amazing on asking me how short and if the length was good enough for my liking. Over all the services was great and always asking if I wanted water. I would come back again!

I'm so pleased with my recent hair visit today. Dell was incredibly friendly and responsive to my texts and worked with me throughout the process. Also big thanks for squeezing me in before the holidays but more importantly, not rushing and making me feel at ease. I'm extremely picky how I like my purple balyage and Dell certainly went above and beyond to the level of service, attention to detail, communication, and listening to my preferences in colors, tones and hair style. Dell is also extremely welcoming and refreshingly down to Earth, makes you feel comfortable right away. My hair is been beautifully revived, feels and looks amazing. Highly recommend!

SAMANTHA is INCREDIBLE (HAIR by Samantha Stewart within Phenix). I was referred to her by my sister-in-law after THREE horrible experiences at 3 different salons, and Samantha saved my hair and me! I wish we'd done a before and after photo, but I feel like a whole new woman. I didn't realize I'd given up on most of my appearance b/c hating my hair =( And b/c of her I now have gorgeous new hair AND my mojo back. I have long, thick hair that had been horribly cut & highlighted, and she not only fixed it, but she also covered the grey perfectly and gave me a FRESH new style of cut that I love...My "doing my hair" time has been drastically cut down, and it looks great. Love her personality, that she has her own private space within Phenix, her extremely fair pricing, and her talent! The drive from Mission Viejo to Fullerton is MORE than worth it to have found this GODSEND in the industry. HIGHLY recommend her!!
