I'm so pleased with my recent hair visit today. Dell was incredibly friendly and responsive to my texts and worked with me throughout the process. Also big thanks for squeezing me in before the holidays but more importantly, not rushing and making me feel at ease. I'm extremely picky how I like my purple balyage and Dell certainly went above and beyond to the level of service, attention to detail, communication, and listening to my preferences in colors, tones and hair style. Dell is also extremely welcoming and refreshingly down to Earth, makes you feel comfortable right away. My hair is been beautifully revived, feels and looks amazing. Highly recommend!
