This is one of my absolute favorite Vietnamese pho restaurants in Portland. From being seated and taking our order to the food arriving, the speed was incredibly fast – I loved the efficiency! The pho was also perfect in every way; the broth was delicious, the raw beef was cooked to the perfect doneness and tenderness, and I especially loved the generous portions of meat – it was so satisfying!
