Catherine Bowman later began to practice Employment Law as well, originally as an attorney for the Employee, and then expanding her practice to include working on behalf of the Employer. As insurance companies began to write more employment practices policies, insurers employed Catherine to represent their insured Employers, as well. On April 1, 2007, Ms. Bowman also consults with employers to improve human resources and employee relations and to take preventative measures and ensure compliance with employment laws.
