Raymond L. Hogge, Jr. is the founding member of Hogge Law. Labor and employment law is the focus of Ray's law practice. Since 1989 Ray has represented public and private employers across Virginia in employment-related litigation and has advised and represented them in all aspects of labor and employment law. He is a frequent speaker on labor and employment law issues, and his writings have been published in journals including the International Municipal Lawyers Association’s Municipal Lawyer and the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys’ Journal of Civil Litigation.
