Mark was so professional, pleasant, and made my job so much easier! He had printed all the many things I had emailed him prior to the event (I brought copies too because no one does that, usually). And he had the wedding timeline memorized. He played music that perfectly adhered to the specific genres that the couple preferred. His setup/takedown teams were timely and polite, the sound was perfect (not too loud or quiet). And he was so great at adapting to some little changes that arose in the schedule. His drapery and uplighting were blended with the other decor, too!
