Security systems in BROWNSVILLE

The salesperson was extremely polite and informative. He understood our needs and accommodated the products that we needed. The tech was also very efficient and friendly. They explained how to use the equipment very well.

I'm writing this review based on a great experience with a Valley Wide Security officer. I attended Sombrero Fest on Friday, March 1st with my handicapped mother. We were ushered into the handicapped area by the main stage and an officer named Miguel Garcia right away accommodated us and told me "If you need anything, water, anything at all, please let me know." I thought that would be the last of our interaction but he made frequent walkthroughs, asking us if everything was okay and if we were comfortable. He treated us like royalty. I asked him for a bit of water and he brought me a couple of cold water bottles for the rest of my family. I never expected to be treated with such respect and attention, and being that it's already tough enough to move my mother around, I was so grateful to be treated with such attention. I don't usually leave feedback but I was so impressed by this officer, I HAD to call his manager and let him know. I talked to Jaime Ochoa of Valley Wide Security (who was also extremely friendly and grateful by the way). I'm so impressed with this company thanks to Miguel.

The installation went quickly. The installer was friendly and went about his job in a professional manner. He provided options for us to consider and explained them so we were able to make a choice we felt good about. One that met our needs. We feel safe in our home and protected while we are away.
