I was having trouble placing a large order on the app, and I called and spoke with Keyshawn T in customer service and she was FANTASTIC! Not only did she help me with my order, she called me back to make sure everything went smoothly and signed me up for notifications for an out of stock item, saying she would also check to see if it was available any other way. Absolutely above and beyond on her customer service skills.
