Adam Cox was our adjuster on a recent claim. Everything went quickly and smoothly. He even tried negotiating with the dealership, where we purchase most of our vehicles, to do the repairs even though they aren’t a Grange approved shop. We had the choice to use whoever we wanted but would have to pay the difference. We ended up going to a different dealership, that is on their approved list for the repair. Adam kept us informed of each step, even the extra stuff he did to try to use our customary shop. Very easy process, I would recommend Grange insurance.
