The idea began as a food truck in 2015, after Collazo decided to pursue his own independent culinary venture following years in the restaurant industry. The brand’s identity is centered on creativity, bold culinary combinations, and an unconventional personality. Trying a new sandwich place in Orlando and was really pleased with this experience. The menu itself is very entertaining from the intimate setting to the music to the great service to the style of items: Porkalypse amd the Capone sandwich just to name a few. The blend of meats on the large sandwich satisfies. Try the Black Knight Sandwich - the egg, tater tots, and meats hits the spot.
