Michelle was great! She communicated with us yesterday and today! We landed 40 minutes early and she had let us know that she was aware of it before we even got off the plane. She met us exactly where she said she’d be and the ride was extremely comfortable! We had such a great experience after a long plane ride. She dropped us off right in front of the Disneyland Hotel and we were so happy to have her as our driver. We’re going to request her for our return trip! Thanks so much Michelle!
