Jeffrey W. Rubnitz is the founding partner of RTZ Law and has practiced law in Savannah for over 30 years. Jeff served on the Executive Committee of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia from 2005-2011. During that time, he chaired the Residential Real Estate Committee and served on the Title Standards, RESPA, and the Ethics, Professionalism and Unauthorized Practice of Law Committees. Jeff co-chaired the Institute of Continuing Legal Education’s annual Spring Residential Real Estate Seminar at Georgia Public Broadcasting for many years.
