Bill Larson has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 1993. His expertise focuses on intellectual property (IP) applications, litigation both in the U.S. and abroad, anti-counterfeiting strategies, franchise and business opportunity formation and law, advising entrepreneurs and startup companies, mediation and arbitration, complex transactions. Bill started his legal career in 1985 as a legal assistant to his father, Herbert Larson, Sr., who served as Patent Counsel for the DuPont Company for 24 years in Wilmington, Delaware.
