Stern, first discovered his passion for labor & employment law as an undergraduate student at Arizona State University, where he studied the civil rights movement, human resources issues, and business, completing in his Honor’s Thesis entitled “Improving the Performance Approval Process: A Multirater Assessment Approach.In order expand his knowledge and experience, in 1999, Mr. Stern began working as a law clerk at Fisher & Phillips LLP, a national law firm specializing in the representation of management in labor and employment defense matters.
