Philip M. Moffitt grew up in Middletown, New Jersey. After receiving an associate degree from the local community college, Philip left New Jersey to attend college in Hawaii. There Philip enjoyed all the outdoors that Hawaii has to offer. Philip started this law firm to change the way clients think about their attorney. A common complaint among clients is that attorneys never return calls or emails. A core value of the firm is to keep clients informed, and Philip wants to ensure that every client feels that Moffitt & Baker is there for them.
