Stephanie Merritt Driscoll, she began her career with the Orange County Public Defender’s Office where she practiced for five years. The Public Defender’s Office allowed Stephanie to explore litigation and fine-tune her cross-examination skills. While there, Stephanie managed a caseload averaging approximately sixty clients from arraignment through trial. Preparing and arguing motions, conducting preliminary hearings and representing clients in jury trials made for full days.
