The therapists make you work here and most times I’m breaking a sweat. You definitely have to cast your fears aside and just trust them. They’ve had me do many exercises that I’ve felt mentally uncomfortable with but just did them anyways. Sure enough over the weeks of attending and also recreating these moves at home, I’m feeling more confident. I’m still on the road to recovery but they have absolutely helped me on this journey.
