I had a reservation to stay here but the event I was coming for was cancelled due to the forecasted inclement weather 3 days later. I purchased travel protection through hotels.com but not through the hotel. Hotels.com contacted the front desk of the hotel and talked to Miguel. He graciously gave me a full refund. I really appreciate it and will make sure that anytime I go through Abilene I will stay there just because of this extra customer service. Thank you again!
