Had my first Colombian lymphatic (full body) session with Ayita. I loved the variety of tools used to stimulate detoxification + the sculpting effect. I enjoyed the session and can already see the effects on my body. My belly looks more toned and so do my legs. The application of wooden tools is definitely a medium-firm pressure. Ayita was great at asking if I was doing okay throughout the process. Note that this type of treatment is not relaxing but the results are worth it! The staff is incredibly sweet. I’m looking forward to future sessions! One thing: Ayita does not speak English but we made it work and were able to communicate with translator and with the help of another staff member.
