I just got home from BodyCentre and I felt compelled to tell as many people as I could how awesome this place is!!!! Of course it starts with the owners. So sweet and definitely were looking out for me as I love to visit health and wellness clinics. They gave me the best advice for my health! Also made sure to help save some money! I’ve been going to a couple other places for red light therapy. Little did I know, those red light beds do not compare to the one here! Also, Liz gave me the best facial! She was also very knowledgeable! One thing that I noticed after being there for a few hours is they don’t ask you if you want to purchase anything which made me feel like I was just hanging out at a friends house to be honest. It’s just incredible how many different things you can do here. You could literally spend your entire day here and feel completely rejuvenated. I walked in thinking I was just getting a facial! I got my facial, spent one hour in the oxygen chamber and did a session in the red light bed! What a day!
