Nikhil Chawla, a lifelong North County San Diego resident, brings well over a decade of legal experience and a deep understanding of the local community. Raised in Encinitas and Carlsbad, he has seen the region evolve over the past five decades and continues to call Carlsbad home. Nik began his legal career in family law, helping clients navigate divorce through a collaborative approach. He later shifted his focus to consumer bankruptcy, where he has helped file more than 2,000 Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcy cases.
