So far so good. The rest of you on the issue with answering service, you probably were at fault... I.e must have not been clear on what you were asking which is frustrating to any person business or not. The ones who have issues on how they handle the cases... Consolation is NOT FALSE, they even drive a hour to come to where I live. They have been handling my case with the most respect and yes patience.
