Had such a great experience at TORO!! First, the manager Jen and server (maybe Daniella… second guessing that lol) were AWESOME! So friendly, helpful, and funny. I have very high standards for my birria so I was hesitant to order their birria quesadilla but WOW did it meet my standards! It was excellent. In addition, I had the chicken enchiladas, which were also delicious!! I would highly recommend visiting TORO if you are in the Albany area!
