We are so incredibly grateful to the entire team at this hospital for the care they gave our 4-year-old cat, Porkchop, when he needed emergency services. From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind, compassionate, and genuinely supportive during what was a very stressful time for us. They took the time to answer every question we had whenever concerns came up, and their updates were efficient and reassuring. We especially appreciated how they communicated—straightforward and matter-of-fact about his progress and what it meant, without causing unnecessary worry. It made a difficult situation much easier to navigate. We’re happy to say that Porkchop is now back home and doing well. The home care instructions they provided were clear and concise, which gave us confidence as we transitioned him back home and continued his recovery. My husband and I truly appreciate everything they did for Porkchop. Every single person we interacted with was absolutely lovely and took such good care of him.
