During his time in Potter County Mr. Spencer worked as a grand jury prosecutor and as a felony trial lawyer. As a grand jury prosecutor Mr. Spencer would present cases to the grand jury to determine whether or not someone should be indicted for a felony offense.Then Mr. Spencer transitioned into a felony trial lawyer.
