Johnny D. Houston Jr. worked in the litigation department of a large law firm before striking out on his own in 1991. He is a veteran trial attorney with trials ranging from DUI to First Degree Murder and has never lost a murder case. In 2006, Johnny was elected as judge for the City of Red Bank and presides over cases ranging from traffic matters to very serious felonies. His experience as a judge as well as a defense attorney gives him a perspective and experience that you will not find anywhere else. Johnny also handles civil cases including car and truck accidents and motorcycle wrecks. Johnny has been licensed in Tennessee and Georgia for 30 years.
