My friend and I come in the late night on weekdays, and Andrea at the front desk is the best. She makes us feel welcome and greets us with a smile. The sauna can be hit or miss on whether or not it will work but is still satisfactory. The cleaning crew who I refer to as "The A Team" no longer operate at this location. I guess their services are needed elsewhere.
