The Polar Express via BAC was done remarkably well by the team tonight! Everyone in my party was super impressed with the average score between the 5 of us a 9 out of 10! The cookies and hot chocolate were superb! The decor inside the bus was festive. All of the staff were kind, courteous and eager to assist. Since it was in the negatives the bus toilet didn’t work which I’ve experienced before on tour buses in Europe so I know it’s really a thing…The team was willing to stop along the way for passengers who needed to use the bathroom, there was no forced waiting. I would do this Polar Express ride every year with my family! This year we got a special treat and was able to gar tickets to the Yuletide festival as part of the experience! My money was well spent!!!!
