I absolutely love Chima for special occasions and have been several times. Every visit has been amazing with consistently excellent service, but my most recent experience truly stood out. Diego, who was serving the meats, was incredibly personable and such a joy to talk to. He has a great personality and made sure we enjoyed every part of our meal. Our main server, Sophi, was also fantastic—very attentive and professional. Sophi and Diego really made our anniversary feel extra special and are the reason I felt compelled to write this review. They turned a great night into a truly memorable one!

This place strikes the perfect balance of classy yet completely relaxing. The live band added such a vibrant, fun energy to the evening. The steaks and sides were absolutely to die for, and the dessert was so good it practically melted away. Even the drinks were delicious. Truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. You have to try this dessert! ❤️

I came to The Capital Grille for my birthday dinner and everything was absolutely delicious. The food was perfectly cooked and seasoned, hitting all the right notes. The atmosphere has a classic steakhouse vibe with rich wood accents and tasteful décor — very traditional and cozy. Our waitress was attentive and made the experience even better. Overall, a great spot for a special occasion!
