The whole office from Magnolia Rentals has great customer service. Claudia, Danielle, and Lauren, and Leslie, have always been there to answer all my questions, during every phone call. The compassion, integrity, and kind hearts they have are beyond extraordinary. Their customer service is top-tier. If I could give 100 stars I would. Never once have they ever been rude to me, on any encounter. Even the after hours person (guy) has great customer service. Even their maintenance department is on top of it, everything is done efficiently and in a timely manner. Best/wonderful management you could ever rent from.

She is passionate about investing in rental properties as a way to become financially independent. In 2007 Ann decided to sell her investment property in San Jose, CA & do a tax exchange for rental property in McAllen. In preparation she contacted some of the most reputable property management firms in the Rio Grande Valley to get advice on the rental market. She was totally discouraged about investing after talking with these firms.
Can't speak highly enough about this company! We rented with them for 2 years and had a great experience with everyone in the company. Chuck, the maintenance man, was always there to help so fast and always came with a treat for our dog :). Highly recommend!
