Long time customer! I've used Smith pool for 7+years both in professional and personal setting. Austin, Ricky and Kyle are who I've worked most with but they are all great!! They are extremely respectful, professional, consistent! They have long term employees which helps tremendously with ensuring there's no ambiguity. They communicate proactively texting to let me know they are ready to open/close the pool when I am, they are on the way, etc. I'm on calls most of the day so being able to multitask is appreciated!!
