My 2 Story home experienced a major plumbing back-up. 2nd floor toilets would flush, but the first floor toilets would not. Of course it all happened on a Sunday…I placed an urgent call to ARS and they scheduled a tech promptly. Elijah arrived ahead of schedule and reviewed his plan of attack. Explained everything clearly and concisely!! He had the clog cleared in no time and made sure everything was flushing accurately!! David (supervisor) then came and made sure all other pending issues were noted. ARS gave me a fair estimate and any and all additional work required. I’m very satisfied with their service!!
