They carefully broke down and moved my power reclining sectional, taking the time to wrap it securely so nothing was damaged. Once everything was inside, they unwrapped and reassembled it perfectly, even offering helpful suggestions on the best layout for my living room! Both were incredibly kind, professional, and detail-oriented. They even took a moment to greet my very curious puppy, which says a lot about their patience and great personalities.
