It was my first time and after getting use yo the fully self serve experience using the kiosk, I was able to simply drop off and leave. I received notification for pick up and went back to the same kiosk to enter my info - the pick up was automated and I was able to do it in the evening as they are open 24 hours. Very convenient.

Highly recommended!! I haven't taken my articles of clothing to this place in years because of the declining quality and customer service but one day I met the new owner and he told me about all the improvements he's made since he has taken over. Changes such as new equipment, existing equipment upgrades, new computer system, new process and procedures, and his overall vision for the future of his new business. I decided to give them a chance again and I can honestly say he has completely turned things around. My clothes turned out flawless and looked brand new when I got them back. Glad to see them back on top of things! I will definitely be a repeat customer!
