I had a great experience with Roman Austin. I was rear-ended in October of 2024. After calling Roman Austin and speaking with Stephanie they referred me to a great doctor to help me with my back and neck issues. It was a lot of work on the road to recovery but Stephanie was always a phone call away and checked on my status regularly. I never felt like I was being forced to do something I didn't want to do when it came to my care. Carol-Lynn followed up with me after my demand letter was sent. Roman Austin denied multiple counter offers until they got one that we were both happy with. Very professional staff and definitely the best accident lawyers in Clearwater!
