my baby has a bad cough and was trembling. i was terrified as he is my childhood dog and has never had any serious issues like this, and especially with him getting older. everyone was super kind to us. the man who took his temp was patient, as my boy has only seen the vet once and it was when he got neutered ages ago, and was nervous/uncomfortable. the doctor was super patient and kind with him as well. he gave him a antibiotic as well as a cough suppressant to help him be more comfortable and is having us return in a week- which shows he genuinely cares about my doggy! they also understood my financial situation and didn't try to push me to get unnecessary things for him and respected that. I didn't feel pressured or judged in the slightest! very helpful! thank you for helping my Gizmo! also everyone in the reviews was saying the pricing is bad? i disagree. at the end of the day, pet care isn't cheap. we paid less then $40 for his medicine. to get blood work tests and x-rays, plus the meds the totally was around 500-600$. however we passed on scans for now due to finances. i'm super happy with this place and will be returning!
