I came in to Sutter Urgent Care last night and I am so glad I did. The front end receptionist, Jolene was so kind and polite. After she checked me in, I sat down in the waiting area and was coughing and she asked me if I needed any water. She was really attentive. I got seen at a reasonable time, I’m sure because they were helping other patients. Probably a 20-25 minute wait. Nurse Samatha helped me and took my vitals. She was so sweet and had such a bubbly, positive energy to her. I feel like she’s someone I’ve known for years, so easy to talk to her. She made me feel really comfortable and was a good listener when asking about my health concerns. Dr. Stein was pretty straightforward, listened and was clear on what it could be and what to do next. Overall I’m satisfied with my care at Sutter Health Fairfield, I would definitely recommend this place if you need to be seen at urgent care. The staff here is so great at what they do.
