About five years ago, when I was 32, I experienced episodes of dizziness that were later diagnosed as BPPV. It happened a couple of times before I fully understood what was going on and sought help. I went to Ascend Physical Therapy in Garden Grove, and from the start, the process was smooth. Scheduling an appointment was easy and seamless.
I was treated by Dr. Genevieve Neely, PT, DPT, who performed the Epley Maneuver and resolved my symptoms in just one session. The care I received was outstanding.
Fast forward five years, and my symptoms returned. This time, I was treated by Dr. Christina Kwan, PT, DPT, and Dr. Jerry Young, PT, DPT. Both therapists were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain my symptoms in detail, reassured me throughout the Epley Maneuver, and ensured I felt safe and comfortable.
I truly felt cared for, listened to, and supported throughout my treatment. I highly recommend Ascend Physical Therapy to anyone in need of expert vestibular care.
