I had a great experience at Arrowhead Optometry! I was able to quickly schedule appointments for my kids for the first time, even though I’ve been a Costco member for almost 15 years and had never used there service. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were professional, welcoming, and very friendly, which made the visit smooth and comfortable for my kids. The cost of both the exam and the glasses was also very reasonable and stayed well within our budget. I would definitely recommend Arrowhead Optometry to friends and family!

The front desk staff made me feel welcome right away, and the doctor truly went above and beyond by taking the time to give me extra recommendations and explain everything clearly. I highly recommend Dr. Trinh and her entire staff! I hadn't had an eye exam in many years and felt a bit nervous coming in, but the whole team immediately put me at ease. The staff was incredibly friendly and informative. They patiently answered all of my questions and explained every single step of the examination process, which I really appreciated.
