Such a great experience at Bright Now Dental in Hayward! I came in for an Ortho consult for Invisalign. The entire process was quick and smooth - I did my intake forms, an initial consult, x-rays, and scans. They quickly decided on a treatment plan and provided an estimate of my costs after insurance. The hygienist and dental assistants were amazing- very friendly and communicative. Finalizing the documents and payment with the office manager Samin was a breeze. She was kind, honest, and efficient. I look forward to completing my treatment here!
