We enjoyed our visit and got plenty of energy out before our 2 hour drive home. The Tiny Giants show was great for a 3 & 4 year old. The dinosaur exhibit was a perfect touch for my Dino loving boys.

We were just starting to explore new and interesting places, and stopping into the National Maritime Museum was the perfect choice! This place was absolutely wonderful—spotlessly clean, filled with fascinating exhibits, and offering some really beautiful views. What truly made the experience stand out were the volunteers. They were so friendly and welcoming, taking the time to share insights and stories that made everything even more engaging. It’s totally worth the stop! We loved every second of our visit and highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

I wasn't expecting to like this museum as much as I did. Mobile has a rich history of Mardi Gras celebrations and this museum includes quite a few very elaborate costumes, a float, pictures, a short video and some music in the background. The price is also very reasonable. Plan on 45 minutes.
