Just like I remembered it from 25 years ago... Well, the fountain was off but otherwise the same. Tress may have grown a little taller? 😂 It's a nice little hidden oasis in this part of town. Check it out if you get the chance. Just a stroll away across the bridge from South Coast Plaza.

Public Art "Ram" is a striking outdoor sculpture located along Park Center Drive in Costa Mesa, forming part of the city’s renowned public art collection. Created by artist Charles O. Perry in 1979, this large-scale abstract sculpture is made of painted steel and stands out with its bold, bright yellow color. The artwork is inspired by the form of ram horns but transforms this natural idea into a modern, geometric design that reflects both artistic creativity and mathematical precision.
