Nice and super convenient for those who live in the AV. The cabana was a life saver and such a great deal. The park is clean, the bathrooms are clean and even the eating areas were clean. It’s small but fun, the kids went off being kids and we were able to see them no matter where they went in the park. My seven year old was able to ride the water slides. My nephew enjoyed his birthday celebration and his cousins as well! We definitely will return.
